1. Heat the closed jar without the band in the oven at max. 80° for approx. 40 minutes. The jar will then stay warm for up to 3 hours. Before opening, pull the red rubber tab until it hisses. Then open and enjoy.

2. Open the cold glass and slowly heat the contents in a saucepan. Then pour back into the glass and enjoy
